Young Unionists: WNYLaborToday.com Wants Your In-Put
WNYLaborToday.com Will Focus A Spotlight On New Wavers And Young Lions In The Coming Weeks
In the coming weeks, WNYLaborToday.com will begin bringing our viewers/readers a variety of news and information involving the Young Unionist Movement here in New York State and across Western New York.
This important campaign is backed by the New York State AFL-CIO and was tailored to reach out to those in the Labor Movement who are 40 years old and younger, in an effort to get them more involved in not only in their own individual Unions, but the entire Labor Movement.
In addition to the New York AFL-CIO's Young Unionist program, several others Labor Unions also have coined names for their efforts, including the Civil Service Employees Association's (CSEA) New Wave and Painters District Council 4's Young Lions.
WNYLaborToday.com will report on those groups, as well as others, in the weeks to come in order to provide those younger Union Members with the information they need as they continue to get more involved and gain the experience needed to become our Labor Leaders of Tomorrow.
If you're a Union Member who is 40 or younger and have something to comment on or suggest for WNYLaborToday.com's Young Unionist section, e-mail us at campbell@localnet.com. We would be happy to hear from you and would welcome your in-put.
WNYLaborToday.com, meanwhile, has also unveiled its page on facebook, the social networking tool that's sweeping the Nation, and WNYLaborToday.com already had 118 individuals sign up as fans of our Labor News Web Site. When you can, check it out.
In addition, WNYLaborToday.com will be sending out our headlines on Twitter to the Western New York Labor Community in the coming days. Keep an eye out for that too.

Thanks in advance to all Young Unionists, New Wavers and Young Lions for helping WNYLaborToday.com grow and reach thousands of young Union Members, who are such an important and vital part of the overall Labor Movement, not only here in Western New York - but across our Nation.
Cheers,
